In partnership with HLW, our design balances visual comfort with architectural expression, creating environments that support focused work, collaboration, and meaningful client engagement while reinforcing the firm's sophisticated brand identity through a curated palette of elegantly scaled lighting techniques.

Throughout the workplace, integrated lighting provides clean architectural rhythms and delivers consistent illumination across open office areas. A variety of linear techniques organize accent lighting in the ceiling and highlight textured walnut panels. Careful consideration of scale and placement of fixtures allows curated views of the Manhattan skyline to become integral components of the workplace experience. Corridor lighting creates scale and rhythm with glowing sconces mounted opposite tightly illuminated artwork, supported by ambient fill from miniature downlights overhead to create a balanced and elegant passage.

The concepts adapt seamlessly to a range of work settings—from executive boardrooms and enclosed offices to open workstations, social spaces, and informal lounges—creating a cohesive visual language throughout the office. Washing back walls with light extends spatial experience through glass fronts, balancing task lighting, carefully detailed light coves reinforce the dimensionality of materials, and grazing techniques highlight textures and patterns of rich materials.
