Scott Herrick, LC MIES AIA
Principal and Founder

Scott brings a wealth of lighting experience, working across a wide variety of projects - from the United Nations to HBO. Scott is Lighting Certified (LC) by the NCQLP, a member of IESNA, a member of AIA, and a licensed architect in New York and New Jersey.

Junrui Wang, LC
Senior Associate, Senior Lighting Designer

Junrui Wang is involved in all phases of design, from initial client contact through to administration, leading the development of design concepts and aesthetic direction. In this role, Junrui obtains project requirements from the client and translates project goals into a creative design. By working closely with the lighting team, Junrui ensures that the final design supports the client's goals.

Damian VanCamp
Associate, Senior Lighting Designer

Damian is a born-and-raised New Yorker whose background in both fine art and design has led him to work on numerous award-winning lighting design projects across a myriad of sectors. Damian believes that "light should be allowed to breathe," and that lighting design is a form of interactive storytelling that fosters an ongoing conversation between light, space, and experience.

Masih Barin
Lighting Designer

Masih understands the in-depth practical aspects of lighting design, which, along with his artistic eye gives him the ability to achieve painterly design through detail-oriented perspectives. His architectural background makes him an asset for communication with designers to realize their visions through lighting design.

Lighting Designer

Hedy is an experienced lighting designer whose multidisciplinary education informs her comprehensive point of view on lighting design. Her approach focuses on a 'Perception-Body-Place Awareness' process, artfully blending creativity with functionality. With a portfolio of interior, exterior, and landscape lighting projects, Hedy’s work showcases her ability to transform spaces into visually captivating and emotionally resonant environments.

Lighting Designer

Colin is a lighting designer with formal training in architecture and environmental studies, and professional experience spanning social services and quality assurance. Together, these influences inform a thoughtful and detail-driven approach to lighting design, grounded in both technical rigor and human experience. His work considers how light shapes atmosphere, supports architectural clarity, and guides spatial perception.

Esty Nagel
Lighting Designer

Esty is an interior designer with experience in hospitality and commercial projects, specializing in design development, space planning, visualization, and technical documentation. Her interdisciplinary background informs a holistic approach to lighting design, integrating lighting with architecture, materials, and the overall user experience. She is passionate about creating thoughtful environments that balance functionality, detail, and design intent.
