Our financial services client occupies a 40,000 sf office area that came with the challenges of low ceilings and limited daylight exposure. The design strategy emphasizes those daylight opportunities while creating interior moments at food islands, collaboration stations, and lounge areas by illuminating feature walls, floating ceiling clouds with uplight, and using pendants as focal points to create balance and accent. The elements of this scheme work together to overcome initial deficiencies and result in an effective and energetic work environment.
