The lighting approach prioritizes enhancing employee engagement and showcasing the firm’s work. Each destination-based space was carefully balanced with layers of functional lighting solutions that encourage performance, connection, inspiration and recharge. The design flows from space to space, evoking a sense of airiness amid stunning skyline views. Transitions from daylit to interior spaces are integrated throughout using interventions such as framed moments, layered elements, and decorative touches to accentuate the design. The project achieved LEED Platinum and resulted in a 34% reduction in embodied carbon.
